Menopause Care
Thinking about menopause shouldn't make you break out in a sweat. When your periods end, freedom begins.
Menopause represents the end of menstruation and female fertility. It's not a disease that needs to be cured, but a natural life-stage transition that happens gradually. During this time, many women experience irregular periods and perimenopause symptoms that can last for years. Menopause is considered complete when a woman has not had a period for a year. Menopause commonly occurs in the United States between the ages of 47 and 53.
